iMedicor (OTCBB: VMCI) continues to move into a revenue model as they announced a "Strategic Alliance" with Patient Access Solutions, a leading provider of information technology solutions for the healthcare industry . The partnership will provide a "recurring gross annual revenue of over $1,000,000".

In adition, the two companies will provide complementary synergy of combined products and services that will enable enhanced information exchange capabilities by integrating the iMedicor portal with Patient Access Solution's digital pen technology for the home healthcare industry and robust HIPAA transaction processing and reporting platform. In addition, Patient Access Solution's 4000+ users will have access to iMedicor's ClearLobby platform that will provide informative, product specific content on new drugs and medical devices enabling users to directly communicate electronically with the manufacturers to order samples, ask questions and set up onsite meetings. ClearLobby establishes an additional revenue driver and value added solution to users by providing access to the recently announced National health information exchange and the National Healthcare Communications Network (NHCN).
